On Pittsburgh Brewing's "Evil Eye"

This is a beer from one of our favorite breweries: Evil Eye IPA. It pours with a slight cloudiness and has a small white head. The aroma is sweet and hoppy, making it very inviting.

The initial taste is malty, reminiscent of buttered bread, which is a characteristic often found in East Coast-style IPAs. An unknown hop variety brings a citrus and pineapple flavor to the forefront. The finish features a pleasant hop bitterness.

The mouthfeel is lightly sweet with a dry, dank quality typical of IPAs. Evil Eye has an ABV of 7.2%, which makes it deceptively drinkable. After two or three of these, you'll definitely be feeling great... so beware the Evil Eye!
